HOW TO BILL USING RBHS and X12 SOFTWARE:

RBHS APPLICATION (where the Billing begins, and a file is made to import into the X12 application):

Only District Administrators can do Billing in RBHS.  Click on BILLING button.

RBHS just completed making a file that you can import into the X12 application.

X12:  Preparing the Medicaid File

When you start the X12 application for the first time, you will have to connect to the datafile and enter your license information.
